They came smoothed together and taped up in a tarp so I didn't know it was my pillows. Once we unpacked them it took about two days for them to get their shape. Once they did I realized they were nothing like the picture shows. Very little support, and they are smaller than the pictures make them seem. They don't seem very durable but they at least keep me from leaning against the wall when I read in bed.
