UPDATEA MONTH LATER! I still wear these regularly and I’ve purchased them in black. They are great to dress up or down. There is a small defect where there’s a split in the leather in final hole of the shoe. The hole where the leather is doesn’t go all the way through and excess leather rubbed a blister on my ankle. I went to cobbler and he punched the hole all the way through and now it’s fine. You’ll understand when you see it. It’s still worth it!Spend the money. This is the most beautiful ,well made , COMFORTABLE sandal I may have ever purchased. The color could not be better. My foot feels sexy AND SUPPORTED. The height is WONDERFUL without pressure and they make my leg look so long and slender. I could NOT be happier about this shoe. I LOVE shoes but this one already has a very special place in my heart and I cannot wait to travel the world in them. If you can find the color Sand in your size - especially ladies of color, do not think twice about this purchase.
