EnvironmentThe anchor is designed for use in a Wet environment.Hole Diameter/Bit DiameterThe anchor requires a 3/8" hole to be drilled in the base material (Concrete only). The hole should be drilled with carbide tipped bit that meets ANSI standards and used in a hammer drill.Diameter of Anchor The diameter of the anchor is 3/8".Length Anchor The length of the anchor is 2-1/4"Thread LengthThe length of the threads on the anchor is 1" in length.Minimum EmbedmentThe minimum anchor embedment into the concrete is 1-1/2". Therefore, the anchor must be installed so that a minimum of 1-1/2" of the anchor is embedded into the concrete.Maximum Fixture ThicknessThe maximum fixture thickness or the maximum thickness of the material being fastened for a anchor is 3/8". This will ensure that the minimum embedment of 1-1/2" will be met.Fixture Hole DiameterThe hole in the fixture or material being fastened must be larger than the designated diameter of the anchor. The 3/8" diameter anchor requires the hole in the fixture to be 1/2".Torque ValueTo be set properly in the concrete, the anchor must be torqued to between 25 - 30 ft./lbs.Spacing between AnchorsEach anchor must be spaced a minimum distance of 3-3/4" from each other when measured center to center.Edge DistanceIt is very important not to install the anchor any closer than 1-7/8" from an unsupported edge of the concrete.

Used these anchors on our new outdoor steel pergola to tie into the concrete patio. Easy to use and a solid anchor. Only wish there was a dozen in the pack as I had to buy 2 pack to finish the job. But now I have 8 more to do other projects.
